What a month!!

A lot has happened this month. First, I had a near-death experience in the Coney Island pool; I was at the deep end and realised that Jon was no longer around. Assuming that he had swam to the island, I decided to follow. So I started, and what a scary time it was! In the first 10 seconds of swimming, my muscles started to hurt and so did my sides (I had recently eaten). If I kept going like this, I wouldn't get much farther. But if I didn't, I would sink. So what did I do? I floated on my back. I swam gently to the island, despite the great pain in my muscles. When I finaly reached the island I lay down and nearly fell asleep. It wasn't until after I decided to get out of the pool that I saw where Jon had went off to: the shallow end with Katie and Dad. I shared my story with the family and am relieved that I made it to share my experience. Also, yesterday was Ryan's birthday and today is my Mom's. I've also met an apparently stray cat that I've named "Tiger". He's bigger than our cat, Patches, but get this: he's still a kitten!! Can't wait to see what he'll look like when he's mature :D
That's it, gotta go!
